Zoiper Configuration
This tutorial will guide you step-by-step with clear images, in order to make the process easy to follow.
1) Download Zoiper App (From Google Play Store or App Store): https://www.zoiper.com/en/voip-softphone/download/current
2) Once installed, open the app and Accept "Terms & Data Disclosure"
3) Skip the step with offers;
4) In the "Login" section, please fill the boxes with data received with the order email (Username, Password, URL Voip management). Example:
- Username: 123456
- URL VoIP management: https://pbx459.servers.li
- Password: abc123
Username -> Fill box with 123456@pbx459.servers.li
Password -> Fill box with abc123
Click "Login"
5) Then you will have "hostname or provider", but it will be automatically recognized as "pbx459.servers.li" (as example). If not, fill the box with the URL (ex. pbx459.servers.li)
6) In this step, use the "Skip" option
7) Next, the app will scan possible connection interfaces. It will find automatically its connection (SIP UDP)
Once all scanned, click "Done".
8) Finally, if you want that Zoiper will run in backgroud (receive calls when app is not used), please go to "Settings" >> "Connectivity" and enable "Keep Alive WiFi" and "Run in Background".
Now Zoiper is properly set up and working on your mobile device.
